Stop keying paper forms into your computer systems

Many operations still collect data using paper forms. It is a good thing the data is collected, however the reality is that paper forms get lost, can be hard to read and typing the data into a spreadsheet (or other system) is generally pretty low on most people’s priority list.

Eliminate the drudge work

Our approach is to turn paper forms into electronic ones that are accessible in the field through a ruggedised tablet. This way, a user fills it out as they work and it is pushed through to the Eltirus Enable system once they are in range of an internet connection (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G etc.)

Given the team is entering the data, often in real time, the supervisor can now devote their efforts to better supervision of the area.

Keeping things current

Forms are created in the Eltirus Enable system and pushed out to users in the field ensuring that the latest form is always available.

Correcting errors

The supervisor of the area can log into the system and check that the data was entered correctly, handle any double-ups or errors and follow-up users as needed. This is much better use of their time than sitting down keying the data themselves each day.
