The missing piece…

When we created the Eltirus Digital Transformation roadmap (below) the one piece of the puzzle that we struggled to find a solution for was an effective Operational Performance Management system.

This is of critical importance, because in our experience, “you don’t get what you expect, you get what you inspect” and having targets and measuring performance against them is critical to getting the best out of any operation. It is also important when you have a business that is not doing well, and you are trying to get to the bottom of what is wrong.
