About the Eltirus Enable team

It started with an idea…

In 2017, Steve Franklin wrote an article for International Cement Review magazine that envisaged a new way of looking at operational data. At the time, the technology to realise his vision did not fully exist and the idea was not pursued further.

In 2021, Steve again identified a requirement for an operational data collection system, this time as part of the Eltirus Digital Transformation strategy,

Steve and team went to market to find an off the shelf solution for this requirement and finding that such a system didn’t exist, put together a team of industry specialists with the task to create one. With proof of concept in place, the team then worked with a major industry player to build a secure, workable and industry specific system that we call Eltirus Enable.
